As the presidential sports adviser for Paris Saint Germain, Luis Campos has publicly acknowledged his appreciation for Barcelona’s young star, Lamine Yamal.Campos highlighted Yamal’s outstanding talent during a recent football congress, how appealing it is to witness him play.
As per Campos, “If all the players who have been linked to PSG in the press were here, we would have five stars per position. And we only need two. Of course I like Lamine Yamal, but also Dembele, Barcola, Kang In-Lee, Marco Asensio, Goncalo Ramos… Fantastic players with enormous quality, let’s not forget. PSG is very happy with the players it has in those positions. For my part, saying that Lamine Yamal is not a great player would be a huge mistake. He is an excellent footballer and I am very happy to see him play at the level he does.”
Despite all the speculation, Yamal has made it clear. In an interview with the famous Spanish late night show El Hormiguero, Yamal stated that he wants to become a legend at FC Barcelona and he never wants to leave the team.
